Using recipes passed down through generations, Garlic Clove is set to become your new favourite local. With a warmth and atmosphere that feels like you’re amongst friends, we want you to get to know Head Chef and owner, Sabir Merchant, on a first name basis.

And if taking away or using our door-to-door delivery service, you can always expect a personalised touch and love and care with the preparation of your delicious meal.

For Sabir, building and starting Garlic Clove is the culmination of years of hard work. Living on the Gold Coast for over a decade, working in numerous restaurants and learning from the best has led him here: his first restaurant and grand plans for what is to come.
